I was frustrated that the windows in my room didn't shut completely, leading to a night of disrupted sleep caused by constant traffic and town hall bells. The room itself felt outdated and lacked comfort, which was unacceptable for the price. one of the pillows was lumpy, making the experience less enjoyable. I expected more attention to detail for my stay.
